Highland is the first research team in the field of groundwater in Afghanistan, which brings together a group of scientists and experts in the field of groundwater, climate change, integrated water resources management, remote sensing technology, and artificial intelligence. The goal of the HGRG is to consult governmental and private in water sector and conduct research projects in the direction of managing water resources, particularly groundwater, and to establish an appropriate relationship between academic and research institutions.
